The Housing Dilemma

Here is my dilemma…

I will be moving twice in the next 2 years for training. 

One market I can afford, one is totally out of my league.

Do I buy a house, live in it, then try to turn it into a rental or sell it? 

or do I live in military housing and kiss that money goodbye?

Decisions?
